Somehow, I'm better at Pro Evolution Soccer when I'm drunk. Does this mean I'm better at real soccer when I'm drunk?

I have tested it for myself, but the results may vary from subject to subject. Maybe you should conduct your own experiment.

Hmm yes this is a good idea. I will reenact my experiment and video tape it. We can compare results this way, after all we are scientists.

Shows without laugh tracks are typically much more funny than shows with laugh tracks.

well, yeah... a show is probably more funny if it doesn't need fake laughter.

Laugh tracks are basically telling you that you're too stupid to know when to laugh.

That disproves anything else you can say.

That has a laugh track? I just assumed everyone in the audience was laughing as hard as me? I don't really know. Anyway.

I think it's funny on Root Of All Evil when you hear people laughing yet you can clearly see hte crowd there not enthused at all.

Actually, laugh tracks really can help people genuinely laugh more. It's a subconscious thing, and if you're aware of it it's completely pointless... a good laugh track is subtle enough you don't REALLY notice it, unless you're thinking about it. But too often they just stick laughs in a crappy show and it feels forced. Only really, really good shows are going to make you laugh out loud without a laugh track, if you're watching by yourself. Otherwise, you might kind of think some jokes are funny, but you're less likely to actually laugh out loud if the joke's only kind of funny and there's no laugh track.

Also, while European women aren't usually fat, most smoke, which is a huge turnoff for me personally. But really, what the fuck...it's just a one night stand anyways, so who cares at that point.

I laid around all day yesterday and today I feel shitty. Basically read Mephisto's post from the other day and that's me...

Oh, and I got the blood tests from my physical back. No STD's. Not that I was worried about that, but always good to know. Oh, and I have high cholesterol, so no more red meat and shell fish. Shit!

I'm pretty sure that Seinfeld is just the exception to the rule.
