Sweet. I downloaded the album that it's from and knew I'd seen it somewhere! Do you have any of their other stuff? I got a download card for Don't Worry if you'd like me to up it. I couldn't find much of their stuff online.

My favorite album (and the album you should start with) is Math The Band Banned The Math:

CODE
Math The Band - Math The Band Banned The Math - http://www.mediafire.com/?78wa6k7x8f01w57

Other awesome albums:

CODE
Math The Band - All Good Things, All In Good Time - http://www.mediafire.com/?oarss1qrijbhbby
Math The Band - Covers EP - http://www.mediafire.com/?9s79fm9ggmgwa99
Math The Band - Don't Worry - http://www.mediafire.com/?8cvvc1tvaykcj61

"All Good Things..." was their first release under the name "Math" and includes real instruments. It's super chill and awesome
Covers EP is Math The Band covering The Aquabats, ACDC, Blink 182, Atom and his Package, and many others!
Don't Worry is their newest album which is probably my least favorite, but still really good.

So, download everything except Don't Worry. Download that last. smile.gif

Sweet! I found an acoustic EP from this year, barely even sounds like the same band. One song is total Ghost Mice like.

Does anyone fancy re-upping Banned The Math pls? My version has loads of clicks and pops on it, probably from when I converted all my music to V2 to save space. I've amassed a shitload of other releases over the years that I can up if anyone wants it?

Holy shit, this feels like when the hero in an end of the world movie finds an old blind man who's been living alone for years in a school.

Huh. I've also been looking for this album recently and this feel very nicely timed. Thanks for the help internet stranger. What'd you search for to get here?

Also, I may have those albums elsewhere, I bought Math's horsedrive.zip a few years ago which has everything they've ever made. But it may be lost.

wow perfect timing! no problem! the link to the thread pops up when you search for banned the math or the albums posted on here, although i think i was searching for lyrics this time actually haha

shame i didnt get into this band back when i first found out about them in like 2011/2012. im trying to obtain all of the earlier material (or at least what i can get since its like.. gone) someone was nice enough to send me eep an ep and all good things the other day actually

but if you still have the horsedrive.zip stuff, that would be grand! do you know if they still have it or did i miss my chance long ago?

Wow, thanks! I have a version of The Secret of Mystery Island - 9 songs and 19 minutes. Does that class as an album or an EP?

Hi~ In case you (or anyone else who came here by Googling for some Math the Band stuff) still want it, here's:
Math the Band and the Secret of Mystery Island (the non EP version; 19 tracks)
A One Man Band For Single Celled Organisms

If you ever found that thing by now, that would be awesome! I've only ever heard of the Blunder Years DVD they gave to their Kickstarter patrons for a 2011 Kickstarter.

Aw man, when he starts singing 'Dirt Lip' by Big D in 'Ready For Hugs'. That's a niche reference there, son.

holy crap, yes!! thank you so much! damn, i wasnt expecting A One Man Band For Single Celled Organisms to be so good haha

now i just gotta find Robots Will Rise; Lost Levels, COVERS EP, and disc 5 "etc" from the "nature, hair, teeth, shoes, etc"
oh and the floppy disc with a single 1 minute song titled "food" hahaa

yeah i never heard of the horsedrive.zip either, only the kickstarter one which im still bummed i missed out on
im determined to get all the old stuff back on the internet, you people are awesome haha
i think i might make a blog to compile all the download links for their older material so people can find it easier and document their stuff better
